Vegan Malted Robin Egg Cheesecake Dip



A rich and creamy vegan cheesecake dip that tastes like malted robin eggs. Great for dipping fruit or cookies!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4 hours or overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup malted robin eggs, crushed plus more for topping

Instructions:

Put the cashews that have been soaked, coconut cream, maple syrup, almond milk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt in a food processor

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Blend again after adding the melted vegan white chocolate chips to make sure everything is well mixed

Put the mixture in a bowl, and then add the crushed malted robin eggs

Add more crushed malted robin eggs on top

You can dip cookies or fruit in it
