Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley optional, for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, lemon pepper seasoning, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly
Marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator
Preheat oven to 400F 200C
Arrange marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired
