Ranch Burgers

These Ranch Burgers are a tasty take on regular hamburgers. When you add ranch dressing and cheddar cheese, they make them taste creamy and savory, just the way a burger should.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish

Instructions:

Add the breadcrumbs, diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the ground beef in a bowl

Combine the parts until they are well mixed

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty

Set your grill or skillet on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready

For medium-rare burgers, cook the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a grill or skillet

If you like your burgers more done, cook them for longer

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely brown while the burgers are cooking

You can take the burgers off the heat when they are done the way you like them

To make the burgers, put one patty on a toasted bun and top it with lettuce, tomato, pickles, or any other toppings you like

Enjoy your tasty Ranch Burgers while they're still hot
