TSLC Mash Potato Casserole



This cheesy mashed potato casserole is great for parties or dinners during the week.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Boil the potato cubes until they are soft, then drain them

Mix the potatoes, milk, and butter in a big bowl until the mixture is smooth

Sour cream, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be added now

Put the mixture in a casserole dish that has been greased

For 25 to 30 minutes, or until hot all the way through and golden brown on top, bake in an oven that has already been heated

If you want, add more chopped green onions as a garnish before serving
