Ingredients:
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Spread cashews on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden, stirring occasionally
Let cashews cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor
Add salt and process for about 10-15 minutes until creamy, scraping down the sides as needed
Transfer the cashew butter to a jar or airtight container
Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
