Healthy Vegan Protein Pancakes



These healthy vegan protein pancakes are packed with plant-based protein, perfect for a nutritious breakfast or post-workout meal. They are gluten-free, easy to make, and deliciously satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons vegan protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions:

Blend flaxseed, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, rolled oats, and almond milk in a blender

Mix until it's smooth

Put the nonstick skillet on medium heat and put a little coconut oil in it to coat it

To make pancakes, pour small amounts of the batter onto the pan

Cook for two to three minutes, or until bubbles appear on top

Flip and cook for another two to three minutes, or until golden brown

Do it again with the rest of the batter

Top it with your favorite things, like fresh fruit, maple syrup, or nut butter, and serve it warm
