Cold Buster Green Smoothie



This Cold Buster Green Smoothie is full of immune-boosting foods like kale, spinach, and fruits that are high in vitamin C. It tastes great and will help your body fight off a cold and keep you going.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Wash and prepare the spinach and kale leaves

In a blender, add the spinach, kale, frozen pineapple chunks, frozen mango chunks, ripe banana, and optional honey

Pour in the orange juice and coconut water

If desired, add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie colder

Blend everything until smooth and creamy

Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if necessary

Pour the Cold Buster Green Smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately

Stay hydrated and fight that cold!
